This website is operated by Sweet Snap Sydney. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Sweet Snap Sydney. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
Products & Custom Orders
All of our products are made to order and many are personalised. While we make every effort to accurately display our products, colours, designs and presentation may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of our items.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all customisation details (including spelling, names, dates and messages) are entered correctly at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified if production has begun.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change without notice. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer delivery across Sydney and selected interstate shipping for certain products.
Customers select a delivery date at checkout. While we do not guarantee specific delivery times, we will endeavour to accommodate timing requests where possible.
Once an order has been delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.
Perishable Goods
Due to the perishable nature of our products, items must be handled and stored appropriately upon delivery.
We are not responsible for any damage or deterioration once the product has been delivered.
Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Allergens
Our products may contain or come into contact with allergens including but not limited to nuts, dairy, gluten, and soy. While we take care in preparation, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, branding, and designs, is the property of Sweet Snap Sydney and may not be used without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sweet Snap Sydney shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services.
