Shipping & Delivery

We offer delivery across Sydney for all smash cakes, chocolate products, and gift packages. Select items may also be shipped interstate—please contact us prior to placing your order to confirm availability.

All products are made fresh to order and carefully prepared to ensure quality and presentation.


Processing & Delivery Timing

As our products are handcrafted and often personalised, we require advance notice for all orders.

Customers can select their preferred delivery date at checkout. While we do not offer guaranteed delivery time slots, we will do our best to accommodate specific timing requests where possible.

If you have a preferred delivery time, please include this in your order notes or contact us after placing your order, and we will endeavour to meet your request.


Delivery Conditions

To ensure a smooth delivery:

  • Please ensure the delivery address is accurate and accessible

  • Someone should be available to receive the order where possible

  • If no one is available, the order may be left in a safe place at the driver’s discretion

Once an order has been delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.


Warm Weather & Product Care

Our products are temperature-sensitive. We recommend:

  • Refrigerating items upon delivery where required

  • Avoiding prolonged exposure to heat or direct sunlight

We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery due to improper handling or storage.


Interstate Orders

We offer shipping for selected items outside of Sydney. Due to the nature of our products, not all items are suitable for interstate delivery.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If an incorrect address is provided or delivery cannot be completed, additional delivery fees may apply.

We are not responsible for orders that cannot be fulfilled due to incorrect or incomplete delivery details.


Order Changes

If you need to update your delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, however this may not be possible once your order is in production or out for delivery.
