Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
All of our products are made fresh to order and many are customised, which means they cannot be resold or reused.
Damages or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@sweetsnap.com.au.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
If your claim is approved, we will offer either:
- A replacement product, or
- A refund, depending on the situation
Custom & Personalised Products
As our smash cakes, chocolate products, and gift packages are made to order and often personalised, we are unable to offer refunds or changes for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect details provided at checkout
Please ensure all customisation details are entered correctly before placing your order.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate requests, however changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has begun.
